The Dora Park is one of the most relevant in the urban transformation field of the Unit 3. Made on the areas that once were occupied by great plants, it is formed by five lots from whose they take the name: Vitali, Igest, Valdocco, Michelin and Mortara. Every sector includes natural environments and past recovered and preserved industrial pre-existences: among these, the cooling tower of Michelin, the big stripping structure, the thermal power station of the Fiat ironworks. Other main element of the park is the Dora River, enhanced thanks to the regeneration of the banks. The reuse and the reinterpretation of the spaces have returned a new identity to the place, today a natural and cultural park and a meeting place reconnected to the urban alive fabric.
